We deliver across India, with orders typically dispatched within 2–5 working days, depending on the product.

• Delhi & NCR: Delivered within 1–3 days after dispatch.
• Other regions: Delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

☆Please note that the given time is just an estimation for the delivery. There are times the shipments get delayed by the delivery services and we are not responsible for it.

Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Exchanges are limited to one or two sizes up or down from the original purchase.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags intact.
• If the requested exchange item is priced higher than the original purchase, the price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed.

Exchange Process
Once you submit an exchange request, our team will arrange for pickup within 1–3 business days.
We will dispatch the new size only after receiving the returned product and completing a quality check.
This process ensures that the returned item meets our standards and allows us to maintain high-quality service for all customers.
After the inspection, the exchange will be processed and shipped at the earliest.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or the fit, you can request a return within 24 hours of delivery.

• Please note that we do not offer money refunds on any return products.
• A ₹150 return fee applies to cover handling and logistics.
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, a store credit equal to the product’s value (minus ₹150) will be issued to your My Account within 2 days.
• Store credits are valid for 6 months and can be used for any future purchase.
  
  

Note: Products purchased using store credit are not eligible for a second return, though a size exchange may still be requested with a ₹250 fee.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a free exchange for the same product.

• If you choose to return the item instead of opting for an exchange, we will issue store credit for the order. Please note that a return fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the original amount before the store credit is processed. This credit can be used on any future purchase from Scoopstyle.

• Products with stains, damage, or signs of wear aren’t eligible for return or exchange unless delivered in that condition. In such cases, the product will be returned and you will be required to pay the shipping cost.

☆ Please record a clear, continuous video of your entire unboxing, from before you open the package until all items are removed. This video is required to verify and process any claims about damage, defects, or missing items.

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted, as Scoopstyle does not issue refunds. For returns, a store credit (minus ₹150) will be issued for the amount paid. Any discounts or coupons applied to the original order cannot be reused on a replacement order.

Our delivery partners will collect return or exchange items within 1–3 business days after your request is placed.

To be eligible for pickup, the product must:

• Be requested for return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
• Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags attached.
• Meet size exchange limits (1–2 sizes up or down) if applicable.
• For damaged or defective items, a video of unboxing must be provided.
  
  Pickup will only be scheduled for products that meet these requirements.

☆Please note that if the pickup cannot be completed because of courier restrictions or challenges with your location, you will be required to ship the dress back to our office yourself. Once we receive the dress, we will proceed with your exchange/refund as requested within 2-3 days.
