 Delivery 

We deliver across India, with products typically dispatched within 2-5 working days depending on the item ordered.  

Exchange and Return Policy 

At Scoopstyle, we do not offer a "Money Refund" policy.

Size Exchange 

We accept exchanges for size adjustments within the following guidelines:

Size exchanges are limited to 1 or 2 sizes up or down from the original item purchased.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours  receiving the order.

-   First exchange:   If you request a size exchange for the same product, a fee of Rs. 200 will apply.

-   Second exchange:   If you request a second size exchange for the same product, a fee of Rs. 250 will apply.

Returns 

We don't have "Money Refund" policy. If you're not satisfied with the product or its fit, you can return it within 24 hours of delivery. Please note, a nominal return fee of Rs. 150 will be charged to cover the costs of processing, handling, and logistics. Once we receive the returned product, you will be issued a store credit note  equal to the product’s value, which will reflect in your "My Account" section after logging in. This credit note is valid for 6 months 

Important:  Second return is not allowed for products purchased using store credit. However, size exchanges are possible with a fee of Rs. 250.

 Refund Policy 

We do not offer monetary refunds. If you choose to return a product, we will issue a store credit note valid for future purchases. A return fee of Rs. 150 will apply.

 Store credit will be done within 2 days once the product is received.

Damaged or Defective Products 

In the event you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer free exchanges. If you prefer to return the product instead of exchanging it, the Rs. 100 return fee will still apply.

 Cancellation Policy 

Once an order is placed cancellations are not permitted as Scoopstyle does not offer refunds.

For any return, the credit note issued will reflect the amount you paid, minus Rs. 100. Discounts or coupons applied to the original order will not be reused in the second order.

Our goal is to make the exchange and return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. The nominal return fee helps us maintain high-quality service while continuing to offer the latest styles at affordable
prices.
