At ScoopStyle, every garment is crafted with love. We typically deliver orders within 3-5 business days. 

For customers in Delhi NCR, we provide Same Day or Next Day Delivery, available with an additional charge.

Please note, the shipping company will make up to three delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse and marked as RTO (Return to Origin). In such cases, a credit note will be issued, with Rs. 200 deducted to cover RTO costs.

Shipping delays may occur due to factors such as carrier issues, natural disasters, government regulations, or national holidays.

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by these reasons. Instead, we’ll provide you with store credit without any deductions.
